Bluegrass Diesel Specialists was founded in Burlington, Kentucky in 1994 with a simple mission: provide professional, honest diesel engine service to the businesses and individuals of Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area.
From day one, we made a deliberate choice to specialize exclusively in diesel engines — both over-the-road and industrial. That focus has defined everything about how we operate. Our technicians don't split their attention between diesel and gasoline, trucks and cars. Diesel is all we do, and that specialization translates directly into better diagnostics, faster repairs, and more accurate estimates for our customers.
Over the years, we've grown our capabilities significantly. We became an authorized DEUTZ dealer and service center, added the GEHL compact equipment dealership, and expanded our product offerings to include SnowDogg plows, SaltDogg spreaders, and Buyers Products. But through all of that growth, our core commitment has never changed: do the job right, be honest with customers, and stand behind our work.
In 2019, we celebrated our 25th anniversary — a milestone that wouldn't have been possible without the trust of the fleet operators, contractors, farmers, and individuals who have relied on us year after year. We're proud of that trust, and we work every day to earn it.
